Municipal Studio Building

The City of Weimar provides an apartment and a studio in the Municipal Atelierhaus. Participants of the 2004 Program will live and work in the building. Newly restored, the Atelierhaus is one of the oldest buildings of its kind in Germany. It contains eleven studios which are partially subsidized by the city and are rented to different artists for limited periods of time. To underline the cultural diversity of Weimar we encourage the exhibition of work by the ACC artists-in-residence in local public spaces.

The International Studio Program of the ACC Galerie and the City of Weimar is supported by the Ministry of Science, Research and Art of the State of Thuringia.
